A:AnswerYes, absolutely! We just bought this washer (and matching dryer) recently, but our last washer was also a 4.5 cu ft and I am easily able to wash our CA King and Queen sized comforters. I can also wash our bed blanket and sheets in 1 load.
A:AnswerThe installation team did recommend keeping the door cracked open at a minimum. Said they are getting better with getting the water out, but better to be safe than sorry. We have had this unit for a bit over a month and no smell and does a great job!
A:AnswerHey Futuros7! Yes, there are steps you can take when there is water in the detergent drawer. This link (https://bit.ly/2O5wKZ0) has the information you need. ^Jecca
A:AnswerYes, but you need to buy another stacking tool. Also the panel of the dryer is kind of really high (I am 5'5'' and I can reach it, but some of the words on the panel hard to read). But if you are tall enough to reach or read it then not a problem
A:AnswerWe appreciate the question, PatuxentLady! The matching dryer for this washer can be stacked on top with the compatible stacking kit. You can find more information about these products here: https://bit.ly/2uqfDqe. ^Jecca
A:AnswerInstallation is included. Haul away is $19.99. You will also need to buy a hose pack at $29.99, even if you think the hoses you already have are adequate. The price is fair.
A:AnswerYes, as long as you buy what Samsung considers a matched pair and buy the stacking kit, $39.99. Be sure you can see and reach the top controls.
A:AnswerI'd like to help you with this, dusty! I suggest looking through this link (https://bit.ly/2B3XTox) that has some excellent tips on getting the best cleaning performance out of your washer. ^Jecca

A:AnswerI am replacing an older model Samsung washer that did have this problem until I started using Clorox washing machine cleaner once a month. Problem solved. This washer is supposed to be self cleaning. I will still use the Clorox cleaner. Also, leave the door open when finished to help the door seal dry out.
