Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've had a similar experience and Samsung is sending someone to my home for the 7th time to replace parts that have already been replaced. This has been going on for a month. I wish you better luck then I've had. I will never buy Samsung again :( There customer service seemed great at first yet here we are at repair #7 with no conclusion in sight and they do not want to replace. I think they are secretly hoping I'll get fed up and leave them alone.
