QuestionI have detergent sheets from Cleanomic called Earthwash. Could I use these straight into the drum or should I place it in the powder detergent drawer?

- Answer For heavily soiled clothes, you should first dilute the powder detergent in water and then add it to the drum with the clothes. For delicate clothes, you should use liquid detergent using the designated dispenser.

The door of the Samsung washing machine locks automatically when it is properly closed and the Start button is pressed to begin a wash cycle. After the cycle ends or when the Pause or Stop button is pressed, the door unlocks. However, the door does not open automatically at the end of the cycle—it must be opened manually.
