“Antivirus Hello All, Few days ago I purchased this TV. Is it safe to download apps & other things because I don't know how antivirus works in this case ? Like we have in laptop where if we download anything antivirus is there to protect. I don't know how it works in this TV.”

Samsung has something to protect you from bad apps and great customer service where they send a signal straight into your TV for troubleshooting.

For instance, you have one on your PC because it was designed to be placed onto your computer's OS. It would be very counter-productive for any "hacker" to create a virus for this tv, as there will be VERY few people who it would affect. This is also why there are so little known virus's which are on Macs, and even less on open source OS's, such as Linux and the like.
