Most TVs will have a power input and output requirement on the back. I know most Samsung TVs are rated "110/220V" and hence can be plugged into most outlets worldwide - with proper converters/adapters to match output sockets. I would get a surge protected extension switch socket at worst case and at best, a step-down adapter (Model: DX-TADPCON SKU: 9997798) and just run it at 110V.
