Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.When you hit the Smart Hub button at the center of the remote, you'll get a pop-up of features across the bottom of the screen. Netflix will be one of them! If you only see 'TV' and 'Trash' then you should reset your Smart Hub within Settings. I had to do that once upon initial set up, but everything has worked perfectly since!
