“Volume control of background music/sound effects Having hearing issues and when we turn the volume up, the conversations get covered up by the music and/or sound effects. Can those be turned down without losing the talking of the program?”

Aunt Mary, Try the Dialogue Clarity options in the TV's menu, which may improve the experience for you. To do that with your remote, press: (MENU/123) > MENU > Sound >Sound Effect > Dialogue Clarity --Mr. S
