A:AnswerThis may sound silly but make sure you are using the remote correctly. I realized that on the smart remote one Soper button is volume and one is the channel. You need to push and pull on each to make them work. May not be your issue but that is what happened to me.
A:AnswerI have this TV hung on a Swivel Bracket and works just fine. I would use however a very strong Swivel Arm and I would make sure that you have the plate mounted into studs, so that the plate holds strong. Worked fine for me.
A:AnswerI just bought this unit 2 weeks ago and love it. My space is just UNDER 39" and it pulls straight out without having to swivel. Of course the clearance is less than 1/4" on each side.
A:AnswerI've only looked the TV over once and didn't see anything but I do see an alternative. I have a Samsung S7 Edge. While setting the TV up for the first time it asked me to pair the phone with the TV. (both were on the same home network) after the pairing I see other options available like an option to play TV sound on the phone and from there you can use the speaker or plug in your headphone/earphone. Other option are of course a remote, mirror screen, and Plat TV on phone. I'm sure that same options are available with Samsung tablets too. I have not looked but there maybe apps available in the app store
A:AnswerIt works with my Sony Blu-Ray and my Roku Premiere+ (necessary to get 4K material). There are three HDMI ports and you use the remote to pick the input. The Roku has to use the HDMI connector with the HDCP copy protection. Works brilliantly with my Samsung Galaxy S8 - I can very easily cast the phone to the set. Haven't tried any other phone with it. Very happy with this television.
