On my girlfriends TV we also just did receiver HDMI to TV HDMI but could have done the optical cable. This should be how you get signal from TV to sound system, either HDMI or Optical

A:AnswerI don’t know the measurement between the legs, but I believe you will be able to flip through the pictures BestBuy provides and answer that question very easily. I will say there is only one right way to install the legs. But it’s not difficult. The directions are clear as they are written in the Quickstart.
