QuestionNo Smart TV Apps?I just purchased this tv a week ago and during set up the TV states that it is connected to the internet but then shows fail. No apps ever come up? What is the sence of having a Smart TV if there are no Apps?? Help!!

- Answer This TV has apps! All you need to do is hit the colorful box button on the remote. (On my remote, it is the bottom-most button.) This will then pull up a menu where you can access Amazon, YouTube, Netflix, and a bunch of other apps. Hope this helps!

- Answer Not true, there is an universal mini stereo audio out port, you can use the provided adapter (or buy one for cheap if you don't have it), it converts to rca, and that's all you need

- Answer 48 inch only in silver. After having tv for over 2 months I can honestly say the silver blends wells with all the other black electronics. I am pleased Samsung made the change! One benefit of silver-it doesn't attract dust like black.

QuestionCan anyone describe the upscaling?The description states that 480p is upscaled to near 720p or HD quality? We stream a lot of TV content and it's often not that great of quality. Would this TV realistically upscale some of that content to HD quality? Thanks

QuestionCan this output Dolby Digital (instead of PCM) to a Sonos Playbar from an external input (e.g., cable box)? Previous Samsung TVs haven't.

- Answer It does, just make sure you have the optical out from your TV to your cable box. Dolby Digital is compressed unlike Pulse Code Modulation so PCM is far more superior but it wouldn't make much of a difference if you were just using a sound bar and also the program you are watching would also have to support it if you were just hooking it up like that and hopefully they would be broadcasting in something better then Dolby Digital. Believe me you would be able to tell the difference if you had a nice sound system connected to your TV but in the end it's what sounds the best to you and if you wanted to convert every broadcast into Dolby Digital you would have to buy a receiver and always have it set on Dolby Digital but then I would get more speakers and put it on Dolby Atmos if the movie supported it. You can always downgrade sound with a receiver but you can't upgrade it.
