A:Answerprobbaly but if the tv is under warranty and the box died they should cover it or replace the tv or samsung will if not multiple sites would have it. even samsung website itself what i found isnt overpriced
A:AnswerI don't remember the difference in specs but I went into the store to purchase the 7 series and looked over and saw the 8 series' beautiful colors and decided on the 8. So much brighter and clearer. I do know that the 7 series was of course made before the 8 so the 8 series is in my opinion a better version. If you haven't already bought one, now would be a good time since the 8 series is on sale.
