QuestionWhy does the washer collect water when not in use? Im afraid it will overflow and prior to doing a load I have to do a rinse cycle just to get rid of the water. Where can I get a copy of the user manual

QuestionHow long does it take with this washer to do a complete load of clothes?

- Answer Each setting has a different time and the more spins or rinses add to that too. I’ve seen 56 minutes so far is the shortest time but has gone to like 1 hour and 56 minutes.

QuestionCan I use stain remover on clothes before washing? Thought I saw in the manual that you could not use!

- Answer I use stain remover on my clothes all the time. I don’t know why you can’t use it. It’s no different then detergent. The stain remover actually concentrates on the stain when used and not the whole load. Used with the detergent it should work.

QuestionWhat is the proper water connection? Image #1 the manual hot water is attached left (#8), cold water - right on the machine (#9). Both are connected in image #2. Image 3 water valve hot left, cold right. Image #4 top of machine has cold left, hot Right.

QuestionHow do I know when to use the deep fill option? I mean obviously if it is all the way full I will but what about 2/3 full of clothes? Or half full? I don't know at what point to turn it on.
