A:AnswerI’m not sure what kind of HE washer you have, but on my Samsung HE washer, I have a self cleaning option. From what I understand, running the self cleaning option will help to get rid of odors and keep the inside of the machine clean when used regularly. Samsung recommends running ours every 20 loads. Not sure if this will fix your problem, but I hope this helps.
