“What is the real difference between this and the Chef's Collection model--other than the dividing oven on the Chef's Coll. -- Is that model really worth almost an extra $1000??? I'm torn between ordering between the two. Help choosing Appreciated!”

Really great question ! Notice there is no response and that alone should be a moment of pause. A lot of reviews these days are from "verified members "and are buddy-buddy with website and hence evaluate accordingly. Frankly, in my opinion , the chef collection is nothing more than different handles and a stove divider . Also , If I'm not mistaken, I believe the Chef collection has just recently been discontinued by Samsung. ( most consumers are seeing what you are seeing) Marketing is powerful stuff ! Good luck. F

I own the Chef Collection model and find that the divided oven can be handy, but I have found that I rarely use it. The other notable difference is the Chef Collection model does NOT have WIFI connectivity, which makes absolutely no sense! The much lower price of this model an the fact it has WIFI and an app makes this the better model.
