Good luck with getting an owners manual. I called Samsung and spoke with their representative because I felt the manual included with the stove was pretty useless. She helped me download a different manual that was a "little" better. I still have no idea how to correctly use the air fryer feature or convection oven feature with regard to how long to cook or at what temperature for those two features. I also had to go out and purchase an oven liner to place on the rack under the air fryer to prevent a mess at the bottom of the oven when using the air fryer.
