We have tile backsplash and the tile gets slightly warm but no where close to being hot.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I've used the bake and convection bake function at 400 degrees thus far and it does vent some heat but its only in the middle of the the vent. My tile backsplash did not get too hot as the vent is not so close to where its touching the wall or the tile because there is a 1/2- to 1 inch metal spacer that comes with the stove to put between the wall and the stove. I hope this helps!
