“This oven says its convection but is it gas or electric? I am looking for a dual fuel, gas top, electric conventional/convection oven. I would never want a gas oven as electric is much better for ovens.”

This is a gas stove that converts to convection, if you want it to. If you are looking for electric, this is not the one for you. I Love this gas stove though.
