“I have purchased this stove and coming in a couple days. At our new home we will have room for a garden and would like to can. Are there any reasons we couldnt use this stove for that or special requirements regarding canning?”

I have used my glass top for water bath canning - no problems, but it is not recommended to use a pressure cooker on it. It can break the glass
