• A:Answer When mine was delivered they installed the power cable and I have a 3 prong. I don't think it matters if you're a 3 or 4 cuz they'll switch the cable out anyway.

• A:Answer You would need a separate range hood that vents to outside, or in my case I installed an over the range Samsung microwave that vents out the back to an outside wall. This vent fan (and down light) runs independently of the microwave portion.
