    • Answer You would need a separate range hood that vents to outside, or in my case I installed an over the range Samsung microwave that vents out the back to an outside wall. This vent fan (and down light) runs independently of the microwave portion.

    • Answer Mine just pulls out. Maybe you didn't line it up correctly? I'm not sure, but mine is snug and secure, without being difficult to pull out.

    • Answer Just before the pizza is cooked. slide it off your pizza pan or whatever you're using, and put it directly on the oven floor for a couple of minutes. Perfect everytime!!
