QuestionOur Samsung range unit was delivered yesterday. The electrician and I plugged the unit in and slid the unit back to the wall. Question: I opened the bottom storage drawer and it will not shut completely, WHY?

- Answer Perhaps the electrical cord is tucked underneath the stove and not allowing the drawer to ouch in all the way.

- Answer The bottom of the inside oven starts at about 9.25" up from the bottom of the entire unit. The top of the cook top measures just over 36" from the bottom of the unit, slightly higher than my counter top.

QuestionRecently purchased this oven. Has any experienced the cook top and front steel piece getting extremely hot when the oven is on? It gets incredibly hot and I’m not sure if it’s defective or if everyone is having the same experience.
