Can I use the cord from my old range on this one? null

Great question, Dennis! Samsung does recommend replacing the cord when installing a new range. Over time, the cord can become worn and may not be safe to use. ^Jecca

Assuming it is in good shape and meets the specificatoins (probably does) for the new stove the old cord could be used. The delivery guys will NOT iinstall the stove with your cord. You would have to do the install and leveling yourself.
