The temperature on the burners is easily regulated. Even the warmer is low, medium and high. One burner will quick boils but can still be regulated.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Yes, the middle ranges work. I have found that you should put them on the setting, wait 5 minutes (be careful) and then start. Otherwise these burners seem to keep getting hotter before you can act to turn them down. This is a flat top electric range issue, not just for this model. Next time I will get a gas stove.
