QuestionIs the cook top covered by warranty, because I've only cook on it a few times so far and there are streaks that will not come out. It's really hard to clean and even though I scrub hard, the cook top does not come clean, even with the ceramic cleaner.

- Answer I used the CLR Bath and Kitchen spray cleaner(in a yellow bottle), and it works pretty well. It gave me a good streak free finish with not a lot of effort.

- Answer The storage area is not as deep as on other ranges I have had, and the drawer handle works in a different way than I am used to. This is a very minor feature, just have to get used to it. This is definitely offset by all the other fantastic features.

- Answer Hi Towboat cookie, Cast iron isn't recommended for use with ceramic glass cook tops, but you can refer to more information on this and other types of cookware on page 21 of the NE59J3420SB User Manual which can be downloaded as a pdf file from Samsung's website. - Answer Thanks for the question. Samsung recommends using a 3 or 4-conductor UL-listed range cord rated at 40 amps with 125/250 minimum volt range when installing the NE59J3420SS. Additional information and requirements can be found in the Installation Guide that comes with the Range. - Ms. Samsung

- Answer Don't use glass or beveled cooking wear. Don't put wok rings between stove and skillet. Remember it's a ceramic glass for the stove top, so nothing scratchy or wobbly. smooth and flat.

- Answer You would need to measure the Height of your kitchen cabinets first, because if they are taller, then you can easily adjust the height of this electric range because they are adjustable at the (4) bottom stands of the electric range.

- Answer (NE59J3420SS) Hello range1shopper! Convection an dTrue Convection are essentially the same thing. Convection in any name will circulate the air through the oven using the convection fan. Hope this helps! ^Cole
