“I just had a new Samsung NE59*432*** range delivered and set up, but now I notice that the oven is putting out heat although everything is shut off. I have press the off/clear button many times & checked back, but still hot two hours later. Nothing is on.”

The heat continues to radiate under the glass for a couple of hours after you use it. It's not safe. And unless you can tell me how to open the top glass area to clean under it then I don't think it's a.possibility. I've had this oven for 6 years and haven't been able to clean under the top glass! It also cracked over one eye. And the heating coil in the oven came loose on one corner. The oven door glass is impossible to clean. Hope you consider a different oven and return that one before it's to late.
