I am not an expert or repairman.I would first read the book that came with it. My wife sat down for a good hour with the book so she knew what she was doing right away with basic functions. I know when it was delivered and installed. The technician plugged it in and turned on the over and got it hot for about 10 minutes and then said I was good to go. Something about initial burn in of the oven. If you have not done this I would do so. If all else fails try unplugging from wall for about 30 minutes if possible. If not then look for a reset in the clock display area. If not call Pacific sales and see if they have an answer. If all else fails get it looked at soon.
Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.I'm sorry to hear you're having an issue with your Oven. If the oven temperature is either too hot or too cold, the sensor may need to be adjusted by following the instructions on page 48 of the user manual. If the oven won't stay on, please check your power supply. The NE59J7630SS should be connected to a working, dedicated, 240V/60 Hz/40-amp circuit. If, after following these suggestions, you continue to have an issue with your oven, please call 888-BEST BUY or 800-SAMSUNG to speak with an agent who will be happy to help determine the appropriate next steps. Thank you, Ms. Samsung
