• A:Answer Connected to a Samsing surround sound and I am very pleased. Always had the 5 speakers and wires laying around. Amazed that the sound bar is so effective.

Q: QuestionUN50JU6500 using EH panelsSomeone asked about Samsung using EH panels on the model UN55JU6500 sets and all the problems they caused. No one provided an answer. Is this model also being assembled with EH panels (it would say so on a box sticker and label on TV back titled "Version").

• A:Answer It's not ideal - I think Samsung has their own cast apps (in fact, two different ones) ... but neither work well, even with my Sansung Note 3. I'm sure there's a way to do it, but I haven't figured it out.

Q: QuestionPlaying content stored on a NASI have a home network-connected NAS with a lot of content in different formats. I use a WD Live. a Boxee in the past, to play this content to my current TV (Which is not Smart and about 8 years old). Will this, or any other Smart TV, play back content stored on a home network without using a Roku, WD, or media server? Thanks!

• A:Answer I don't know about that, we just purchased our tv and love it. We are not tech savey at all but I do know this tv can do a lot of things I had no idea that existed. I would contact Best Buy and they can answer any questions on this.

Q: QuestionWill this Smart TV record shows on an external hard drive ?

• A:Answer No. This TV is not a DVR. You will need to use your cable/satellite box, tivo, or htpc to record any time of show. You can however play media off an external hard drive. I've played up to 4k content off the main USB 3.0 plug, off both a USB flash drive and portal spinning drive.
