QuestionFor the 2022 50inch Frame TV what mount does it come with? Is it the “slim mount” or the “no gap” mount? Are they the same? I’ve seen pictures where the mount has 2 sides (left & right) and other pics where the mount is 1 piece centered. And does it tilt?

- Answer I came across the following from another website in case it helps anyone else… “For the new model year (2022), now that the TV is so much thinner, the wall mount has changed from a single plate and a single mount in the middle of the TV to now being a pair of plates and a pair of mounts on the left and right side of the TV. ”

QuestionWhen displaying art or photographs is there a time restriction to how long a single image is displayed to avoid burn in or ghosting on the screen?

- Answer Hi there! The Frame TV is designed to withstand prolong displays of art and photos and are not prone to screen burn out issues as other TVs. Motion sensors are embedded to display photos only when it detects someone in the room, otherwise the TV will move to standby mode. In addition to power settings featured on your TV (Auto Power Off, Sleep Timer, Night Mode), you also have the option to set a Slideshow of your images by opening any picture and pressing the Select button. The Slideshow Duration Time can be set to change images every 3, 5, 10, or 30 minutes, or every 1, 6, or 12 hours. ~ Samsung Specialist
