Make sure there are no materials (concrete, masonry, steel, etc.) that would interfere with the connection.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.Not sure if you're using HDMI or Optical. HDMI cables can be a little finicky if they get loose (had this problem with me cable box). Optical is more secure when you clip it into place.
