Call Best Buy or I would call companie where it came from probably will send you a new one free.

Sorry, there was a problem. Please try again later.It is simple, you just have to download an app called samsung audio remote and use it via bluetooth. It will work perfectly. By the way, that app can by downloaded through google market on android user and on Iphone user, too.
