• Bought with my JS8500. Does the job of significant improvement over TV speakers. No need to upgrade to 5.1 or 7.1 unless critical music selections at volumes above conversation levels, ie your married.

• I would recommend any Samsung sound bar which is compatible with a 55 inch television but a Samsung Sound Bar that has a J before the model number as these our this years models.
