http://www.rtings.com/tv/reviews/samsung/js8500 check out this website, and type in the model number of both TV's you are looking for, the break down is borderline over kill but they will tell you the difference

Any 'S' model from Samsung means they have upgrades colors. In 2015 Samsung TV models started using Nano-Crystal Technology. By adding about 30% more color to each individual pixel, these TV's are now able to achieve 1 billion different colors and reduces color-banding. Also as you noted, the JU7500 model is a curved version.
