• I don't know, but the box is about 5 inches larger then the tv (due to packaging) on either side, so it is about 65 inches long and like 6 inches wide.

• I already ditched the box so I cant give you exact dimensions but I can tell you that it JUST fit inside of the trunk of our Toyota Camry with the back seats down. I hope that this gives you some sort of a gauge to go by : )
