• Since this is a newer model and type of TV, you may need to contact your provider for assistance. I have direct tv and they needed to send me a different remote. Also, if you all they can give you the code.

• I would try getting a later updated list of your provided codes for the cable box. Perhaps this tv is too new to be on that list.
