• Hi, Yes, you can connect your laptop to this TV, you'll just need an HDMI cable to do so. You can try to reach Outlook Webmail on the TV's browser but due to security clearances may not work correctly. Also, the Web browser page on the TV may differ from that on a PC. ~Rosi
