QuestionWe have an older Samsung sound bar that’s about 5 inches high and a sub woofer. Can the stand on the new 8000 fifty five inch Samsung be raised so the old sound bar doesn’t interfere with the picture? Thanks

- Answer Hi Mickster! Great question! The legs for the AU8000 are height adjustable to allow room for devices, such as a soundbar, to sit in front of the TV without blocking the screen; however, in the lower position, you will have a clearance of 1.6" and the raised position gives you 2.6". This will not be tall enough to accommodate a 5" soundbar without blocking part of the screen. ^Tim

- Answer Hi cosk! Should you wish to access live local TV channels, you will need to connect an external antenna to the TV's coaxial port. After connecting the antenna, perform the channel scan function through the TV to scan the signal from the antenna to access the available channels in your area. QuestionDoes the tuner allow adding channels without rescanning, I would need to use this in the country with channels transmitted from different directions and want to avoid rescanning every time I rotate the outside antenna to view different channels.
