Q: QuestionI noticed that the Samsung website has the resolution listed as 3840 x 2160p, but Best Buy lists it at 2160p, so here's my question: Is this tv actually 4K (four times the resolution of full HD, 1080p), or is it 2160p?

• A:Answer Just like with 1080p, it's true dimensions are 1920 x 1080p. Same thing with what you are listing above. 2160 is 4k because the math is 4 times the resolution of HD. I am sure you can find something to explain it better than I can, but 1080 is roughly 2 million pixes, whereas 4K is 8 million

Q: QuestionI'm thinking about buying this t.v. for gaming. I had a Samsung UHD/ "4K" at 40" (wasn't true 4k when I looked at specs, apparently uhd and 4k are 2 diff. things acc. to industry wonks) I took back because the controller input lag was bad in gaming mode.

Q: QuestionIs there a known issue with HDR+ being compatible with the PS4 Pro system's HDR support? With HDR+ enabled on the 6290, the PS4 Pro shows HDR is not supported when connected directly to TV. The HDMI cable is 4K certified, FYI. Thanks in advanced.

• A:Answer Go to your settings menu on your samsung. Scroll to General, then external device manager, then HDMI UHD Color, and turn all ports to on. Once you do that your PS4 Pro and XB1s/x will recognize 4k HDR 60FPS

Q: QuestionDoes anyone know if there is a bandwidth limit that the TV can process? I have not been able to get higher that 27 Mbps streaming, but I have a 60 Mbps internet connection. I would think it should be able to handle at least 1Gbps/1000Mbps.
