QuestionI own the Q70T 55" (2020) and am looking to get a sound bar. I have read that this TV can not handle Dolby Atmos capable sound bars, just Dolby Audio. But I have also read that it can handle Dolby Atmos capable sound bars. Can anyone clear this up for me?

- Answer Ambient mode is when it adjusts to the ambient light in the room reducing glare. It is a feature on the Q70T, not sure about the Q80T

QuestionI just received my Q70T and it appears there’s a protective film on the screen. I can see all of the edges to it and if I try I can start to lift it up. There is no blue tab or instructions to remove. What should I do?

- Answer Not exactly sure I am understanding you, but the film simply peels off. Just lift the edges off the black tv trim and slowly pull it away from the screen. It is easier to start in a corner and pull off diagonally. It can be a bit static to the touch.

- Answer I did not like the sound either so I went into settings and changed over to standard instead of amplify. The expert settings give you more options. Finally, the e-manual is pretty helpful.
