• Yes. It will upscale the picture using its video processing. If you are using it as a monitor, you need to use settings to get it to show 1:1 so text is not blurry from overscan that seems to be the default. How to do that is not documented. I found by trial and error when I figured out that the blurry text was from overscan - LG's have a 1:1 feature that is more obvious.

• Hi Consumer55 - Yes, Samsung 8K TVs are absolutely compatible with all 4K devices. They're also compatible with lower resolution content/devices as well (1080p, 720p, etc.). Hope this helps! ~ Samsung Specialist
