A:Answernew55inchtv - The expansion and contraction of the TV's outer casing may cause a popping noise and does not indicate a product malfunction; please know your TV is safe to use. Your TV's ECO sensor automatically adjusts the brightness level according to the ambient light level. If the ECO Sensor has adjusted the screen’s brightness level, you can select Min. Backlight to manually adjust the minimum screen brightness. You can also disable these features for steady brightness setting. You can disable Brightness Optimization, Brightness Reduction, Motion Lighting, or Contrast Enhancer by going to: Settings > General > Power and Energy Saving > and adjusting the Brightness Optimization, Brightness Reduction, and Motion Lighting. ^Gina

A:AnswerI’m not sure what kind of connection a Bose surround sound system requires but I’m assuming it is either directly thru an HDMI cable which is no problem and this TV actually has a dedicated HDMI ARC port for optimized sound or you connect it thru an amplifier which again is then connected to the tv via HDMI cable.
So yes you can
A:AnswerEngland - We do not recommend utilizing the QN85A outside, as this model is not rated for outdoor use. A:AnswerTeri - if there is a protective film on your screen, it will be indicated with a large blue triangle in the upper left corner. The triangle will have an illustration showing how to remove the protective film.
If you do not have a blue triangle in the upper left corner, then that means there is no protective film on the screen, so please do not try to peel off anything. You will damage what is actually the screen.
