“I can't change the input source using the "Source" button on the remote. Anyone else run into this problem? Samsung forum has a thread that says a firmware update might fix the problem but customer support says there isn't an update.”

• Hold down the power button on the remote until the tv hard resets. I think it took about 30 seconds.
