There are times when I have switched to the television speakers and can still hear the sound bar so I have to go back and mute it or turn it all the way down. Could you possibly be trying to control the wrong speakers?

A:AnswerYes. Alexa works by enabling “Samsung Smart Things” skills, with the Alexa App, on your smart phone or tablet. Besides On/Off, it can change Input and Volume Up/Down. Maybe a few more, I am still experimenting. You may need to rename your TV on the Alexa app. Mine had a hard time recognizing what TV I was asking to control, since I also control my Fire Stick TV.

A:AnswerI've attached a picture of the back side of the UN58NU6080FXZA TV from the manual. Looks like the dimension from the top of the TV to the top mount hole is 2.5". My TV is in an entertainment center so is not wall mounted.

A:AnswerLet the auto take it is the best you can get . I am having the wireless wi fi not working and the picture quality is very poor. I will be taking mine back .(SICK OF THE MANY PROBLEMS IT HAS). Prob be looking at the LG MODEL'S. Called Samsung but they (COULD NOT) help me and my internet provider says it is nothing wrong with there end and said to get a hold of Samsung. Had to run the ethernet wire in order to get it to at least function. Bluetooth is just like the wireless wi fi keeps not wanting to connect and disconnects when ever it feels like it i guess.
