A:AnswerSamsung support is ridiculously bad. The answer I found is there is tape to the left covering the 1/2 “ female part for the gas hose.
If Samsung support would get acquainted or be trained on their products they would have known this. Instead they referred to the manual I provided a screenshot of.
So if you have this model the connection is to the left covered by tape

A:AnswerHello there! Is the steam involved in the cleaning process is a good question. During the self-cleaning process, the oven uses high temperatures (well above cooking temperatures) to burn off leftover grease and residue completely or reduce them to finely powdered ash that you can wipe away with a damp cloth. The process will cause some steam and we ask that you not open the oven door immediately due to the escaping hot air/and or steam that could burn you.
