- Answer 1. Yes, a conversion kit comes with it 2. I have not done so but I see no reason why you cannot. All racks can be removed.

- Answer Yes they both use gas. You can use each one on different temps or the same temp. To use the full oven you can take out the divider and it will ba a regular oven.
