  • QuestionI did not receive any directions on how to use the stove. Something as simple as turning on the oven -- it only heats to 175 and I just had it delivered yesterday.

  • QuestionI've noticed that the whole glass top of my range gets hot when only using one element. Is this normal? My old range would not get hit like this only around the element. I've noticed it gets very warm even up to the front edge of the glass top. Thank u

    • Answer to use just the top oven door, squeeze the small button inside of the handle. Engaging this button will result in unlocking the top door only. If you want access to the entire OVEN, do not squeeze that button.
