    • Answer Hi Fred, The steam cleaning function is used for light cleaning. To take advantage of the steam clean function, simply pour a cup of water approximately 10 oz.   • QuestionI have older version & past several years the temperature is all over the place! I’ve had couple techs come & “fix” it but it never fails, especially days like Thanksgiving, it acts up. So hopefully Samsung has fixed this problem. Never buy again!
