- Answer its really a darker stainless. think charcoal with a metallic finish- mirror like. it reflects light nicely, but that also means its lighter than charcoal, especially when put against painted dark cabinets

QuestionI had the top oven at 400 degrees. 15 minutes after putting to food in the thermometer I put in the oven said 350. I turned the temp up to 410. The temp on the stove said 348 degrees and began heating back up. Why did it do this?
