  • QuestionI had the top oven at 400 degrees. 15 minutes after putting to food in the thermometer I put in the oven said 350. I turned the temp up to 410. The temp on the stove said 348 degrees and began heating back up. Why did it do this?

  • QuestionIs it true that the oven door is soft close? Is the soft close feature for the top oven door only or the full door only or both?

    • Answer The soft close feature is for the whole oven so when you try to slam it the door stops and slowly closes the last 5 inches. If you try to quickly close the top oven it does not stop but it is very cushiony when closing so it's not like you can just slam it closed. I hope this helps.
