Yes. However, the manufacturer suggests using only pots, pans, skillets with flat bottoms but this is more an efficiency guideline because you need a lot of surface contact to quickly heat things up. So if your skillet has a lip around the circular bottom and its more than say 1/16" tall, your pan will heat up slowly and require more time to get to your preferred cooking temperature.
