- Answer Found a great website, AVSforum, that has some techy people who have provided some different calibration settings. I'm using one right now. Incredible difference from how it was out of the box. Those members have some high tech equipment to calibrate, so I suppose they know what they're doing.

QuestionThe screen constantly auto adjusts brightness. Highly distracting.T.V. is 3 days old. How do I get it to stop automatically adjusting the brightness of the screen. It is extremely distracting and unwanted. I've tried many different settings from the menu.

- Answer True, the stand is a weird one... and it seems a bit wobbly when you first set it up. "Bouncy" is the word i'd use. But I have not had any issues with it thus far... meaning, it hasn't started leaning one way or another. Hope this helps!

QuestionDoes Samsung sell the stand anywhere?I received this TV yesterday but the actual stand that connects to the base was missing. Currently I am waiting for Samsung to send me a replacement, but I was wondering if Samsung sold any stands/bases/parts anywhere else because I do not have the patience to wait 14+ business days for a replacement and have my TV simply sitting against a wall for the time being.

QuestionLooses picture & sound momentarily...whats the cause ?Every time I turn on the TV I get a good picture ...after a few minutes later the TV loses its picture and sound for a few seconds and returns. This happens every single time I turn the set on.

- Answer My first instinct is to check the HDMI cable quality. Most folks think the cable type does not matter, but there is so much bandwidth required to push a hi-def signal (even more for 4k) that the cable really does matter. If it cannot get enough bandwidth it will momentarily blank because it loses synch with the signal. Spend the money to get the best cable (see my review of the Monster cable for reference) and you will see even better picture results from your TV than before.

- Answer I would check your local laws and insurance company, but generally, if it's not a power cord, it can be run through the wall. If your not sure, play it safe and buy an authorized kit, best buy sells them, that allows you to run all cables, including power, through the wall.
