“What is the actual refresh rate, not the motion rate?”

• If the Motion Rate is 120Hz, the actual refresh rate is half that, so 60Hz. The Motion Rate uses software to make it seem like a better refresh rate than it really is.

• The guy I talked to said the refresh rate was at 60hz. But I'm not sure because I asked a different guy less than a week ago and was told that this TV would have refresh rate of 120hz.
